It is a huge job, along with bringing in the excitement, it also tags along the stress and pressure to get everything just right. Your heart, mind and money are all on the line to form your dream wedding. Here at TPI we understand your emotions and standards to assist you in the planning of the "Big Day".
I SAID YES
TO A PROPOSAL, NOW WHAT DO I DO?
Once you get a ring, you need to set a
date for your wedding. Brides have told us that they already
knew what season their wedding would be from an early age.
Some brides decide to go 'off-peak' for the financial
benefits. For many brides, it's the availability of the
locations they want that will determine the wedding date.
"OK, I
GOT A RING AND A DATE. NOW WHAT DO I DO?"
PLANNING SCHEDULE:
Don't be haphazard about planning your
wedding, set-up a daily opportune time that will enable you
to concentrate without distraction. You will soon discover
that planning a wedding takes as much time as having a
second or part time job. For students or people who work,
the time you spend planning will be critical and will have
to be productive.

BUDGETS: Follow the budget philosophy first discussed here at YPB.com which involves a lot of shopping, putting priority on the services that matter to you the most, and NOT following a pre-determined percentage of the overall budget for any particular vendor. We are discussing this in more detail on this page, click here to read it! |
INCLUDE THE GROOM:
Men will always complain when it comes to spending money. It
doesn't matter how rich or how poor he is. This is the
nature of the beast! The opposite side of this coin is that
Woman LOVE TO SHOP. This results in two heads, being better
than one! Often, the groom (or bride if the situation is
reverse) can raise issues and offer an alternative view of
whatever the situation! These days, many brides are bringing
their grooms when she shops for the DRESS!
BE GOOD
TO YOURSELF!!!
As the wedding day
approaches, you will find that things will get much more
stressful. This is the time when you need to take even
better care of yourself and even get some pampering in!!!!
Set up weekly message therapy sessions. If you work out,
spend more time at the gym. Weeks before the wedding, cut
back (or eliminate?) the caffeine, alcohol and nicotine.
We've spoken to many a bride who did not sleep the night
prior to the wedding and many times it was due to consuming
too much of the above!
Wedding Budgeting.
Our budgeting
concept involves steps and thought processes that are
not necessarily new or original unto themselves, but
when combined as a whole, create an entirely new way of
thinking. Thus, giving the bride a fresh approach with
the goal of putting their hard earned dollars in the
proper areas of their wedding. In order for this plan to
work, but bride must be willing to do the following:
1. Place top value AND top dollar
on the wedding products and services that MEAN THE MOST
TO YOU!!! ...
